Assalam Alaykum Dear Community Members,
We are officially in the blessed 10 days of the month of Dhul-Hijjah. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “There are no days during which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days.” (Bukhari). This includes fasting the day of Arafah, offer your devotional Udhiyah/Qurbani sacrifices, perform nightly Qiyams, increase your dua’as to Allah, help the needy, and pay your Zakat Almal during these blessed days.
OCIF extends its best wishes to its community and is pleased to announce that Eid Al-Adha will be on Saturday, July 9th.
We will be holding three Eid prayers at 6:30am, 8:00am, and 9:30am with Takbeerat starting 30 minutes before each prayer.
Wishing you and your family Eid Mubarak!
