Reopening Guidelines

To attend prayers at OCIF during COVID-19 restrictions,
you MUST adhere to the following guidelines and rules:

        Daily Prayers Guidelines:
  1. Attendees must sign-in in the designated binder placed at the MPR entry.
  2. Attendees are required to check their own temperature at entry. A digital thermometer will be present next to the sign in sheet. Anyone with a temperature higher than 99.4 or flu-like symptoms will not be allowed to enter.
  3. Face masks are mandatory, and physical distancing to be observed at all times (at least 6 feet in-between)
  4. Attendees are required to bring their own prayer rugs for each prayer.
  5. Children under 12 years of age and elders over 65 years of age as well as individuals with high risk, are recommended not to attend Masjid prayers and to continue praying at home.
  6. Prayers will be held in the front parking lot outside the masjid building. The masjid doors will remain closed except for employees and on special appointment basis. There will be no bathroom access. Please perform wudu before coming to the masjid.
  7. No hand shaking, hugging, or social gatherings before or after prayers. Waves and smiles are great forms of greetings!
  8. To abide by the State and County guidelines, only limited numbers are allowed at OCIF for any given service.
        Juma’a Prayers Guidelines:
  1. Online pre-registration is required to attend.
  2. Face masks are mandatory, and physical distancing to be observed at all times (at least 6 feet in-between)
  3. Attendees are required to bring their own prayer rugs for each prayer.
  4. Children under 12 years of age and elders over 65 years of age as well as individuals with high risk, are recommended not to attend Masjid prayers and to continue praying at home.
  5. Prayers will be held in the front parking lot outside the masjid building. The masjid doors will remain closed except for employees and on special appointment basis. There will be no bathroom access. Please perform wudu before coming to the masjid.
  6. The parking lot will be closed for automobiles except for limited handicap parking.
